How to Apply
To apply for a business account with Clydebank Taxis, simply fill in our online application form.
If you have any queries at this stage, please call 0141 952 7000 and a member of our commercial team will provide you with any additional information that you may require.
A member of the commercial team will call you back to let you know your account is live. We can then discuss any account passwords or particular billing requirements you may have.
You're in control
At Clydebank Taxis, we are committed to ensuring that our priority account holders receive billing information in the manner most suited to their business requirements. As standard, all accounts are issued monthly in arrears and provide clients with a detailed, journey-by-journey breakdown for the previous month. Should you have any specific reporting requirements, our Accounts Manager will be more than happy to discuss.
Accessing your account
Currently, monthly invoices are prepared on the 1st day of every month and can be sent by post or electronically - the choice is yours. Soon, all account holders will be able to log in with a unique username and password to access account information. Further information on this development will soon by available.

W Dunbartonshire Council grants Booking Office Licence
Clydebank Taxis is pleased to advise all regular and prospective clients that we have successfully secured a three-year Booking Office Licence from West Dunbartonshire Council. Clydebank Taxis, operating the largest fleet of taxis in the local area, was one of the first taxi companies to comply with the new mandatory licensing scheme.
Alan Binnie, Commercial Manager at Clydebank Taxis, commented on the attainment: "Clydebank Taxis is delighted to have secured our booking office licence from West Dunbartonshire Council. I believe that it gives Clydebank Taxis a very clear competitive advantage over other unlicensed operators in Clydebank. Given the choice, I am sure that passengers would prefer to make their booking through a regulated taxi booking office, rather than perhaps take the chance with an unlicensed operator".
